an exercise in Values and Culture

We’ll identify who and what your brand is, why it exists, what it truly believes and stands for. If you are a new startup or a small business, chances are you're already pretty in touch with your brand values, and everyone on your team speaks the same language. If you're a larger company or organization, you may need some help getting everyone on the same page – I will act as an independent third party voice to moderate, identify themes and incongruencies, and bring all the pieces together.

Your core values will act as your True North. My clients have often found themselves using this learning to shape everything from internal policies and hiring strategies to mergers and acquisitions.

The workshop can be tailored for a team (as opposed to a brand), as a team-building exercise.

Depending on your location, needs and the size of your team, I can run a physical/remote workshop with you, or an in-person one.
