We’ll identify who and what your brand is, why it exists, what it truly believes and stands for. If you are a new startup or a small business, chances are you're already pretty in touch with your brand values, and everyone on your team speaks the same language. I will always respect the history and language that you have built together. If you're a larger company or organization, you may need some help getting everyone on the same page – I will act as an independent third party voice to moderate, identify themes and incongruencies, and bring all the pieces together.
Our findings will be used to draft a culture guide or brand manifesto that codifies your core values and acts your True North. You will use this to shape everything from brand design to hiring policies to mergers and acquisitions.
Depending on your location, needs and the size of your team, I can run a physical/remote workshop with you, or an in-person one. This workshop can also be tailored for a team (as opposed to a brand).
