XR People is a recruitment and training organisation, for professionals in the Extended Reality (XR) industry. XR encompasses all the variants of augmented and virtual reality experiences. This is one of the fastest growing technologies in the world today, and has far reaching impact across sectors - from medicine to architecture, farming to space. Realising that there simply not enough people who are equipped to navigate this new world, XR People aims to identify, recruit, train and deploy these new workers of the future.

Brand values & personality

My job was to work closely with my client to define and distill the brand’s core values and personality, and then craft a visual identity system and language that fit.

Non Conformist

We agreed that it needed to stand out in the digital landscape and colour-space. We created a logo that could break rules and boundaries, but was clearly designed to do so cleverly and without chaos. We picked bold colours and wrote copy that intriguing but not intimidating. The challenge was to create a brand that would demystify XR, while holding on to its futuristic allure and fascination.
